Hi, I'm now nearing the end of my second week on the plan. I'm really enjoying making myself exercise more. Thanks for the tips about the online videos, they are really useful. So videos and walking have been my mantra this week. I feel so much better for having taken these first few steps.
My training buddy refuses to do even one more sit-up though! He is actually yawning - not in pain. The timing that caught him mid yawn was completely accidental.
Hope everyone is looking forward to something special at the weekend.
I've always enjoyed walking. Living on top of the Pennines means I have no excuse for not walking as I live in glorious countryside. The hills are an added bonus.
