Hi, I'm now nearing the end of my second week on the plan. I'm really enjoying making myself exercise more. Thanks for the tips about the online videos, they are really useful. So videos and walking have been my mantra this week. I feel so much better for having taken these first few steps.
My training buddy refuses to do even one more sit-up though! He is actually yawning - not in pain. The timing that caught him mid yawn was completely accidental.
