Have been out walking a bit this week as the weather in Scotland has been surprisingly sunny. I walked a mile or so on Monday 4 miles on Tuesday and 5 and a half yesterday. I have just been listing to music as I go and trying to walk at quite a fast pace. So hopefully this coupled with the swimming I'm doing should help to shift those pounds. However as I live in the country it's a pleasure.

It is the hills that does most good I find! Walking poles and good grippy soles essential too if you go "off piste"....Well done for putting in that effort - you should be reaping the rewards!
I will be walking up Tinto on Sunday with my youngest and his beavers troop I might need an ambulance after that.
