New start, new me!!!

Right, so for a while now I have been trying various ways to change my my lifestyle for the better by eating better an exercising. I managed to master the exercise and make it part of my life however my eating and drinking habits have not been good. My aim is to loose weight and get back to my healthy weight by living a healthy lifestyle.

So here goes, wish me luck
