I am going to have fun today looking after my grandaughter am taking her to baby group after breakfast then shops and a big long walk back home.

After luck she will be ready to play I love looking after her she cheers me up and gas me in stitches with her smiles and playful mood.

So hopefully more steps to count from walking so hopefully more weightloss.

Have fun everyone I am sure going to today.
