Don't forget to drink water!

Found this image on Pinterest and thought to share as it seems really helpful! Encourage you to drink every last drop.

"Use a permanent marker on one or more of your water bottles to give yourself water goals throughout the day. Keep it at your desk, in your car, on the counter, or wherever else it’s handy and sip on it during the day, trying to stay within your goal. This will give you an idea of how much water you’re drinking and what times of the day you tend to not get enough."

Oh sweet - they have sparkly stickers for each line too! I haven't had any water yet today (just coffee) - having read this I'll get myself a glass now :)

Yeah, going to start doing this to my bottle and see how it goes x)

:-) Only the Pininterest folk can make something as boring as drinking enough water into something as cute, pretty and makeable :-)

That is so good - what a brilliantly simple idea - I need to get a couple of bottles like that!
