Just getting started

Just as the title states, I'm just getting started. Not today, but tomorrow morning I will begin new way of becoming healthy. I am extremely excited for this because I want to become healthier. I've tried so many times before, but haven't had help before. Hopefully, I will find my help here, and know I won't be alone. I've grown tired of not being able to fit my favorite outfits, and I'm ready to become a new person, a better person really.

Oh wow , I am starting from tomorrow . It will be wonderful:) I have twenty kg to loose. What is your goal?

Ahh!! That's amazing! :) I think my ultimate goal is to lose thirty-six kg. great luck on starting today!! :)

Wishing you a great start on your plan, and hope you achieve your goal to become healthier. This is a great forum for help and support, and I hope you'll find lots of encouragement here. Hopefully you'll be fitting back into your favourite outfits again soon. The NHS 12 week structured plan is good, so if you've not seen it, it's worth taking a look.

Yes! I've been looking at the 12 week program, and started incorporating it today. I felt iffy about it last night, but I started it this morning. Thank you!:)

A great tip that I have found very helpful is to visulise exactly what you want your body to look like and what your going to do when you feel more energetic. When you go to bed spend a while thinking about it and in the morning or when you have a craving - I have found this invaluable
