Just saw Sam Felton post a link to this video, I thought I would share it over here as it might give anyone looking to reduce carbohydrates from things like bread, the video shows how easy it is to use Cauliflower to do this, it can be used to reconstruct a lot of our Carby favourites, even a pizza base.

I am a convert and use it all the time. The bonus is the dog loves it too and eats the leaves and thick stalks!

Not tried the dog on it, she can be very fussy though, so it will be no suprise if you turns her nose up at it.
