11 Sep A Sad Day

G'Day ms family. Yes, today is a sad day. A recent glaring example of how horrible humans can be to each other. At this time try not to look at the horrors look at the good that was done, the sacrifices that were made, revel in that. I do not suggest that we have these moments but perhaps on a smaller scale such moments of goodness happen to YOU. I know each morning I wake up besidea beautiful kind woman. Does this happen to YOU, perhaps YOU might savour it more. There are great things in our life, it is not all fear and pain. Look for the great things in your life and appreciate them for the great things they are, for ms does really suck at times.

Find your beauty,

Royce
