G’day family. As always I hope your night was restful and your day is relaxed.
I saw a WhatsApp quote from my Aunt in St Lucia, West Indies today and I thought I would share the premise of it with “YOU. It involved words and the meaning of them Lockdown and quarantine really amuse me. All he crying and screaming of everybody else, claiming that this is so terrible. This is normal everyday life for me. Perhaps it is for “YOU” as well. Social isolation,I have been doing that for twenty plus years. This is my normal, my everyday life. Nothing at all to be stressed and worried about. It is only words.
This is what everyday is like, and it might be the same for “YOU”, as well. There is no need to be stressed or strained. If “YOU” are a new person to this illness, I highly recommend using your time learning about ms. Its many strange symptoms and that there is no cure. This social isolation is how your life is now. I do not feel it is sad or wrong, it just “IS”, and “YOU” have this illness “BECAUSE”, just because. There is nothing that “YOU” did. “YOU” are not at fault. “YOU” perhaps are a good person. I do not know “YOU”, perhaps “YOU”, are not. Either way this is not a punishment. It can be a learning experience. As your many years with ms go by, “YOU” can learn many unexpected things about yourself and those around “YOU”.
Pay attention, the strangest of events can be lessons. Make everything a lesson and never stop learning and making yourself something,. Something else, different, better. Look at this as an opportunity, not as a punishment, a curse, that “YOU” have to struggle through. this, our ms life is not bad. Shrug your shoulders and say it is just blah, it just is and because of that it can not beat “YOU”. It cannot keep “YOU” in a cold damp cellar of despair, endlessly crying. “YOU” my ms sibling are better than that. “YOU” kn w what has to be done. “YOU” accept your fears and the adversities and “YOU” cope. Not well, very well. outstandingly. well, so well that others look at “YOU” and pray that one day they have such strength.

Royce ( your ms writer)
YOU are good. YOU are strong. YOU can live with ms and do it outstandingly.
