RRms in 2019

Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) in 2019 is not an illness to be feared. This is not the end of anything, well perhaps some relationships that "YOU" are much better off without, but like me were far too comfortable and lazy to end. No a diagnoses of RRms today is an opening to some challenges that you never anticipated in your life, but are very much in your life now. Look at it as neither good or bad, it just "IS". Over my many years I have learned to look at things as it just "IS" no judgement, it just "IS". I have this illness "BECAUSE", I do not know why just "BECAUSE". Of course, I have learned all that I can about the technical nature of this condition and forgotten it. I have an idea of things that may happen, "BUT" and there is always a "BUT" I do my best to avoid those unfortunate events. Naturally, when they may occur, I know what to expect and what is available to overcome them.

This is a lifelong condition; there is no cure. It is up to us to do our absolute best, to try hard and tomorrow perhaps try a little harder. Find a path that suits "YOU." Not everything that may occur will happen to "YOU" Be smart learn yourself and this illness. Try to avoid popping too many pills and expecting others to have your answers. Sometimes they just do not, and sometimes there is no answer it is just "BECAUSE".

Having said all that, I might recommend a book called "Ikigai" If you are curious "YOU" can find it on amazon and audible, trust me it is worth the read.

Also have "YOU" given any thought as to what "YOU" might wear at your daughter's wedding, yet. "YOU" are going to live that long, have a think about it, it will take your mind off RRms for a few moments, and that is a very good thing.

Or a lovely hot drink before you go out in the snow - living in the moment is very satisfying, thanks for that! ☺
