Tomorrow I pack up the uhaul and Saturday morning around 6am I am heading to my new life in Georgia.

How long a drive is it? Have you already secured a home or are you staying with your daughter. I hope your dogs settle quickly and you have a tremendous Christmas with your daughter and especially Oliver. Safe journey, blessings Jimeka

It is going to be about a 20 hour drive since I will be driving slower than most of the traffic since I have never driven a vehicle this size before plus towing my car. I do have a home now but we don't close on it till around the 16th. I am very excited and can't wait to celebrate Christmas with Oliver and my daughter and her husband Josh. Thank you

they are no different than any other just take turns wider when turning a corner ...watch out side mirrors will tell you that you have enough room for passing ...it is fun...i laughed so much the first time for it was so fun...dogs are great companions for the rode trip just have there favorite beds and toys so they know all are going together to where ever you all are going ..they will be fine...check oil ,anti freeze levels before leaving and watch gas gauge and other gauges ...don't want to run out of gas or over heat ...bring water to drink for you and the dogs ...food ...yayyaya...blanks in the cab in case you need to take a nap or make sure heater is working in truck ...i am sorry not trying to scare you but it is a long trip ...be safe ....

It's a long haul, so don't push yourself. I can't imagine doing it solo, so please be safe. I know you'll be happy in Valdosta. South Georgia/North Florida have a special sort of beauty.

I am not going to push it I want to get me and my dig8there safe. I never thought I would do anything like this but I know that I have lots of people praying for me and God will get me there. I can't wait to get there
