New energy

I decided to test my energy last week and on Tuesday early morning I mowed my front yard not all at once I took a break. I did get it all done that day did nothing the rest of the day but work on my crocheting. Wednesday I felt good when I woke up so I decided to mow the backyard it is much bigger than the front so took more breaks but I did get it done before the heat of the day set in. Again I just did my crocheting for the rest of the day. I work up Thursday feeling good. I just had sore muscles from doing the mowing. So the next couple of mornings I decided to use my new battery operated weed trimmer and still no extreme fatigue. I am glad to be able to do all this but I will still let my son do the mowing now that it has gotten to hot in the morning for me to be out. I was contacted by the mavenclad nurse I am scheduled to to start year 2 on December 24th. I am hoping for the same results but hope no throat infections this time. I have also lost some more weight I am down to 170 just need to lose 10 more pounds to help keep my cholesterol levels down but hope to get down to 150.

Thank you. I don't plan on doing that every time my yard needs to be mowed. But I am happy that I could do that. My son will do it now that it's too hot in the morning for me

Hi Turtlepie . I've just read all about your Mavenclad experience so far. Thanks for walking us through it! It's one of a handful of options my neuro mentioned so am doing my research before I see her in a couple days.

So, were the various throat infections and such all caused by the Mavenclad? Is it because it wipes out your immune system so much that you pick up infections more easily?

I am glad that I can be of help to you. The throat infections were a direct result from the mavenclad and I got that direct from my neurologist and the mavenclad support team and nurses. I will be starting year 2 in December and I am hoping that I will have a similar experience or better. I hope for the best for you

Did you have to be extra careful about staying germ-free?

My normal routine is not much different than what we all have been doing for this covid-19 stuff. I did go to the store and went to church but I did stop going to choir practice and being in the choir
