Family, back from the vampires. Not so bad only took two or three vials and no pain. I really dislike needles after all these years, I would never make an illegal drug user. Okay, back to "YOU".
I understand that ms is new to "YOU", but the biggest thing that "YOU" will have to come to terms with, in my opinion, is that it takes EFORT. Not a little for a month or two, but a lot, for many years, decades, a lifetime. Let me say that again so it sinks in. It takes a lot of effort for the rest of your life. For however long that is but it should be many years. I did the stupid things when I was younger and they did not kill me, now I do the smart things and ms will not get me, "YOU" either.
The remarkable thing is that "YOU" are strong enough to take on this disease. "YOU" and I will not win. We can not but we do not have to fear this illness. Accept what it does, what it might do, but fear it. No, "YOU" are too strong for that. Do not doubt yourself, ms can be done and "YOU" can do it.
Believe in "YOU" and keep believing, "YOU" CAN live this life.
