I had my zoom call with my neuro a couple weeks ago. He was happy that there were. I new or enhanced lesions. The ocrevus seems to be working. I ask about the mild volume loss in my brain. He explained that it is normal for someone who had active ms for years without knowing. That since the majority of my lesions on in my brain they did cause some damage. Nothing noticeable so that is a plus. He says I’m in a much better spot then three years ago when I saw him for the first time in the er. Just need to keep taking my vitamins and stay as healthy as I can.

Great report. I am on Ocrevus as well. Have PPMS and after computer visit a month ago with neuro latest is no new lesions nor activity after 7 treatments! Stay as heathy as you can with nutrition and exercise!

Good for you! Just being on your feet moving is exercise! I'm in a wheelchair and exercise to use my walker. I guess, just keep moving in whatever way and it can count as exercise.

Good news and thanks for the info. All I get is a note “stable with no new lesions” In the report it states volume loss & shrinkage. I assumed it was due to long standing (decades) of being undiagnosed and that if it was out of the ordinary she would have mentioned it.

I read the report first Which scared me this time since I e never seen the volume loss part but my neuro likes to meet every 3/4 months to check in and what not. I asked him about the volume loss and that is what he said being due to undiagnosed ms that i kept playing off as something else you were right in your thinking.
