Saw the neuro today. Talked about everything that has been going on. The burning skin feeling and excessive sweating when it’s hot and humid is more the likely to the ms. The red red skin is from the meds. I need to limit my direct sun exposure and heat exposure. The arm going numb sometimes when i bend my neck is from the lesions I have on my cervical spine. Muscle pains and toe pain from the heat associated with work and being on my feet all from the ms.

Good news is I get to go shopping for sun hats.

Sounds as though he was honest with you, at least you know now, and can try to accept your dx. Have fun with the sun hat shopping, post a picture, Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🍫 🌞

He’s been pretty honest the whole time. A you know it’s just very trying. Get a handle on one thing two more pop up. The trying to stay out of the heat will be difficult. Just started a new job that’s puts me working with fryers and ovens.

I’m looking forward to hat shopping. So j can be able to enjoy some outdoor time.

Looking into talking to them at work. I’m just not sure I can deal with the heat. The minute I get so hot my toes start to hurt and muscles and it takes forever to cool down.

I hope that you can have a cooler position. The heat will only make you feel worse and is it safe for you to be in that position? Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🍫

Glad you now know what's going on with you. You may want to get a cooling vest for work if you don't already have one. Good luck and have fun shopping for your sun hats 😉

I haven't seen anyone say anything about toe pain before. Mine is all my toes. Is that yours or just one (or a few)?

When it does happen it’s usually just a few toes but sometimes it’s all of them. Mostly the tips.

Yes. They really feel like they are on fire or you have sunburned them.

Mine are usually ice cold FEELING (even tho' they're warm to the touch). Sometimes it's just the toes but sometimes it creeps to the joint where they connect to the foot.

How do you function? You have enough on your plate without toe pain. Hugs Jimeka 🤗
