I had heard essence oil of peppermint can give you energy, well I am up for anything that is not another med.i bought some at walmart in the vitamin section,it is a roll on and 5 bucks.I have been using it for a week, and you can use it as many time as you like.you roll it on your forehead, temples, and dab on tip of nostrils.I believe it does make you more mentally aware and energized, not physically, but it seems I am sharper and not brain fogged.when I use it .everyone is different, let me know if you have used it,thanks

I drink peppermint tea when I have a stomach ache and it works well.

My friend uses the oil in her shampoo.

I use essential oils a lot and use peppermint for energy and nausea. I use lavender to help me relax and sleep and eucalyptus when I want to feel refreshed. I also like to add a little to my Epsom salt baths. 😊

I use lavender for sleep and used to rub peppermint on my son when felt nauseous as a child which worked well.

I will have to give it a try, I am sure we can all use a little boost and smell good at the same time!

Essential oils are a great alternative to meds. Like several people have mentioned lavender is great. I will try the peppermint. Pan A Way is wonderful for pain and spasms. Kept my husband from having his hip replacement for 5 years. Managed the pain

My (now former) functional neurology doctor put in on his and my (only left - my right side is weak) nostrils all the time. I think he believes it wakes up the brain.

If you use any oils, put a few drops in your belly button. Weird, I know, but trust me.

Someone once told me that Peppermint oil was great for migraines, and I found that it does help to temper a migraine by rubbing some on my temples. Maybe somebody else will find relief this way! Hope so.
