It doesn't look like there are too many folks here who can answer your question. I don't know if cannabis is legal in your state, but if it is, the workers there are usually very knowledgeable about what works and what doesn't.
I guess if I were to try the oil, I might read through numerous reviews, making sure that the comments are related to the actual item you're purchasing. There are, unfortunately, some unscrupulous, paid reviewers, but we can still get a pretty good feel for something if we take a lot of time to read reviews.
I sometimes look companies up on Better Business Bureau to see if they have built any kind of reputation, good or bad.
I'm sorry I can't offer any better suggestions, but wish you well in finding something that helps you.
If it is the cbd oil that is legal everywhere we use from Medical Marijuana Inc. Website. The oil is very good and we use the pills also. Anyone of the three types have worked on my husbands spasms and my hip pain. Of course the gold is the best of them all but can be pricey. If you just want to try Hemp pills we use hemp seed oil pill with omega’s. Very reasonably priced from Piping Rock.com. They are 700 mg of hemp per pill. All good. You can read on both websites and they are very helpful. Again these products do not give a high like the medical marijuana that costs $500 and ounce. My husband has the card but who can afford that every month. Good luck
Hi - I'm a little late to the conversation but I was searching to see if there were any posts on this subject. I just read an article on the NIH website. I'm looking into finding CBD oil from cannabis sativa with the lowest THC content I can find. I do live in a state where it is legal but I'm also still working. My employer hasn't randomly drug tested employees, but I wouldn't want to risk my career in the event they did. If I could find CBD with no THC (assuming it would have the same anti-inflammatory effect) I would get that. The way this disease is progressing the last 3 years though, if I don't find something to help arrest the progression, I may find myself unemployed anyway. Some people get CBD made from hemp. CBD from hemp is a food product. It is made from pressing the seeds of the plant, much like other oils, and it's healthy, but it's not medicinal. To get the medicinal effects you have to get CBD oil from cannabis sativa or indica, not hemp. They are different species. I'm posting the link to the article I read. Best of luck find something that helps you and please share if you've got any new information. Thanks. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/238...
