Dr Sekula did a percutaneous glycerol rhizotomy. Says it is specialized and does not work for everyone

I'm considering microvascular decompression. But my neurologist is hesitant to encourage me. There's no lesions in my pons and no large trigeminal loop. Surgeon says yes, neurologist says maybe unnecessary surgery. I'm waiting for a second opinion. Now I'm wondering if I should go to PA!
