seborrheic keratosis management

Hi Everyone,

I was hoping to get some guidance on managing Seborrheic Keratosis. I'm 53 and I have a seborrheic keratosis under my eye, on my forehead, right side of my face and left ear. Is there any proven ways of managing them? I started washing my face with a wash that has salicylic acid and then moisturizing straight after. Excuse my ignorance on this as the last time I spent any time on my face was when I was 16 and had zits. Any help, direction would be greatly appreciated.
