Salicylic acid

Using products with salicylic acid haven't made a difference. I'm not really sure what to do next so any advice would be helpful!

I started washing my face with a wash that has salicylic acid and then moisturizing straight after. Excuse my ignorance on this as the last time I spent any time on my face was when I was 16 and had zits. Any help, direction would be greatly appreciated.

The best thing I've tried is a salicylic acid preparation known as "bazuka". The main advantage of this gel is that it covers the warts with a mostly waterproof coating, and unlike the other liquid SA preps, I don't need to cover up the warts to keep the active ingredient from rubbing off.

I'm about to have my 8th of 9 zoledronic acid infusions allowed by NICE (3 annual infusions followed by a break x 3) and (so far!) have had no problems or side effects. Before that, I took aledronic acid tablets for 5 years followed by a 3 year break. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis osteopenia after many years of hip pain and both my hips have now been replaced. My back pain continued to worsen and they finally gave me a dexa scan confirming osteopenia and I have been prescribed alendronate acid a weekly tablet of 70mg with a follow up in 3 months

Hi I have posted once recently on this site and I have just read an interesting piece on Alendronic Acid. I am a little concerned about taking it now and wondering if I should wait until my Dexa scan to see if I really need it? Any advice is welcome.

I've avoided taking alendronate due to being high risk of stomach and throat cancer. My doctor wants me to try risedronate. Has anyone any experience of taking this?

A couple of months ago I wrote a post asking why my GP was trying to persuade me to take Omeprazole and Alendronic Acid before knowing if I needed them. I resisted and took neither. I have had no stomach problems and since yesterday, when I saw my Dexa scan results, feel vindicated in my decision.
