My husband has cellulitis on the left leg. He is taking antibiotics and tylenol for the pain. The skin on the leg is very dry. Should I apply a cream to moisturize it? If Yes, which one?

I have had 3 seperate bouts of cellulitis and was given dermo cream by hospital but I found doublebase gel better. I had to apply this for weeks after infections had cleared up as skin peeled away and new skin was very itchy. Hope this helps.
