Okay so I had my first therapy session and the therapist said I'm not gay or bi... And we figured out that a girl I liked when I was 8 made me feel rejection my subconscious filed it away... Then I started thinking what if my subconscious made me not realize I'm gay because of it and then I spiraled and said what if all the friends I chose were because of that and everything.... And now I know actually gay ... Is this all the OCD?

Yes, not being able to be satisfied with an explanation, but always searching for an indisputable one at any cost is typical of OCD. As you probably experienced it yourself before, once you enter that downward spiral of doubt, it's not easy to get out of it.
