It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. I had been feeling really good, but recently I have been going through some really loud OCD again. I just want to remind everyone that there are so many others out there going through the same, and to remain strong. This too shall pass.

A Reminder

If you wanna connect, feel free to message me privately. I have been going through some sort of spike last three months, although OCD in me has been mostly beyond clinical significance during last couple of years. I'm 36 and I've had OCD as long as I can remember myself.
Hey,
Thank you for your reply. I really do appreciate it. I’m sorry to hear that you are going through some harder times with OCD as well. Remember that we can get through it, there is just work that we have to do that isn’t always comfortable. I pray that you will be able to make it past this tough patch quickly as well. Please let me know if you ever have any questions.
My OCD has been a total jerk as of late. I get it, it's awful. Sorry you're having a hard time.
Great advice!! Love the encouraging words, so true!! 😀
I have been suffering from OCD for a long time, but for the past 3 years it has become more and more difficult. I feel tired.
I’m sorry to hear that you are going through that. I know everyone with this has periods where it is loud and difficult. But remember that with focus and hard work we can get through it and have more positive moments. Switching our mindset to positive and a “fake it until you make it” is something I have tried and helps sometimes. It takes a lot of repetition, but so does ocd, so I figured trying to actively be positive over letting ocd win is worth it. I pray you are able to have more relaxed moments soon!
