Are you a college student with OCD and having a hard time accessing University Resources for mental health?

Here are a few tips below that may help ?

1) Before you start your college journey, look up potential campus resources that you may be able to utilize

2) Keep up your treatment plan

3) Create a crisis plan. Don’t wait for a crisis to figure out how to handle it, especially if you attend university away from family members.
