Remember that one of the best remedies for symptom relief for OCD, anxiety, depression, and any other illness is eating three meals a day and drinking water. I know how difficult it is to not be able to take care of yourself, and how hard it is during these episodes of rumination (Lost about 13 pounds myself). Try to maintain a schedule of eating meals on time, low blood sugar and hunger can increase OCD symptoms! Below I have included an article from Yale that have done a research on this.

Interesting.
I know my mood noticeably dips if I’m hungry and negative thoughts seem to find it easier to take hold then, especially late afternoon
