Pure O - facial features

Hi friends - wondering if anyone has experience obsessing on the facial features of a friend/roommate/partner? Every time I look at this person I can have a conversation, but thoughts of their nose are always in the back of my head, NON-STOP.. from what I understand, this is Pure-O, but looking for someone who has experienced this before and how they got out of the 'rut'... PLEASE help if you can. Thank you.

Are you attracted to the nose, or bothered by it? Do you know the person well enough to talk about this with them?

Hi! Are you comparing features from one person with another? I had OCD where I was worried that a feature on a man was the same as my wife's. Not as in she looks masculine, it could be the smallest thing, eye color, a wrinkle under the eye, etc.
