Hi, this is my first post here. I was wondering if anyone else with OCD in a relationship struggles with being the manipulator and emotional abuser. I feel so much guilt and shame for what I've done. I don't know why I do it. I don't know if this is a common thing that happens to people with ROCD or if I'm just a horrible person.

you need to be in control because of ocd. Anxiety. Well I do. I need to control everything or I get anxiety and start ocd like crazy 😜 again. The good news is you’re aware of it so, you can change some of it.
Hi there. Everything you explained is very common for OCD. We doubt ourselves, our memory, brain activity, our feelings. Everything!!! We feel shame and guilt very often, probably more often than people that need to feel it. Just know it’s part of the disorder. It’s not you!
