How does groinal responses work? Trigger warning

Hi. I was going through my youtube feed and then I saw the thumbnail of a video of a podcast, of two men talking but in the back there was a TV playing a video, there was nothing sexual at all on that TV, but they were child so I paid attention to the thumbnail to check if they were really child or not because I feel bad when I see child so I try to check if they really are. But in the process I felt a little, very minusculous movement in my groinal area. Not arousal or anything like that, in fact, what was playing on the TV was not sexual at all! But I'm so confused about why I had that movement. Again, it was a little movement, not a whole lot, I tried not to freak out but I'm confused...

Is this random movements normal? Should I worry?

I don't think it's anything to be worried about.

It sucks that you are experiencing this. I also struggle with groinal responses and it makes me feel like a monster. Just remember that this is very common with OCD and you're not alone. I know that may not help in the short-term but what I try to do is not pay much attention to it--just let it happen and let it pass without giving it too much meaning
