New, with question re: Tic Related OCD - how do I make this stop?

Hello and thanks for welcoming me. :) I have a question for anyone with tic-related/Tourettic OCD. I've had OCD since early childhood and it waxes and wanes. Right now my compulsions are less severe than they have been in the past, partly due to avoidance. I teach, but only in person and not online as it can take me up to three hours to record a brief lecture. But at least I only have to check locks two times instead of five! My real problem now, and what I need help with, is tics. I've had full body tics for most of my life which are worsening but more annoying than bothersome. My facial tics are another story. They developed about two years ago. I literally blink and roll my eyes until my eyelids are bruised, move to a nose scrunch, then shudder my chest, continue until it feels right, and then the tics start rolling around my body - I am never still. Anything work for you all? SSRIs are not an option for me due to co-morbidities and I will not take neuroleptics, I've been that route and don't want to go down it again. Thanks in advance if you have advice, or even just support/solidarity!
