I have OCD. And I want to get aware of my some belief to be tidy , to scare of organized planned. This is also makes me to be OCD. And I scare of if I care everything and if I be like obsessive of washing my hands more times , cleaning the room , realize the small thinks. I want to get aware of it. So I need to have support to get aware of my belief.
