if your struggling today. And OCD seems to be screaming no matter what you do. Don't give up. And in case you don't have what it takes to tell yourself this let me tell you: you are loved, worthy, and valuable. Don't let anyone or OCD tell you different. No matter what terrible things ocd is saying about u or to u. You are a strong amazing human. ❤️❤️ Hugs!
