Ocd is coming back quite bad again. I have to move a certain way, stop eating the food, walk a different way, rewrite something etc or the voice in my head says something bad is going to happen. Its only came on again with me being poorly but its stressing me out. Does this happen with anyone else?

I’m sorry to hear this. I have OCD as well. It truly sucks. I’ve come to find being really aware of my illness helps me plan for it. As you “overthink” try to think about what sparked it...what were you doing before you felt the need to obsess? I know it stresses you so force yourself to do something productive. I try and study or paint or dance lol. Music really helps. Also, have you eaten today?

I know it’s hard, but in the midst of the rituals, plan something productive. I’m here for you! Please message back if you need to talk.
