I’m an artist and a lot of times I’ll draw fan art for shows or manga I read that I like a lot. But sometimes OCD can ruin or point something out in the fictional stuff I like and make me feel bad that I liked that stuff, especially if I drew art for it. I had a therapy appointment yesterday and it felt very embarrassing for my mom to explain the OCD bothering me for a show I watched to my therapist. So much I had to leave the room. Sometimes I think I’m weird for caring so much about these fictional shows and my OCD applying it’s logic to it. I guess I wanted to make this post and see if this happens to anyone else before I post what’s bothering me from the therapy appointment I had yesterday.

I guess I would need a little bit more to go off of. I think most people get attached to fictional characters and don’t let go of things like people believe we ought to. I think that it’s all about degrees. What is it specifically that you feel stuck on?
