False memory OCD

Anyone suffer from intrusive thoughts that turn into ‘what if I’ve done this in the past and forgot’ and then replay the thought and it then feels like a real memory?

What were your themes etc? Just want to find someone who I can relate to. Thanks In advance!

Yes, constantly. I relieve things that have happened in the past and am like did I do wrong, will I get in trouble, what happens if others find out. I generally try to reason with the things that have happened. The better thing would be to work on accepting the actions without judgement. They are done and finished. Look into the ocd treatment called Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Good luck.
