has any come across people who you feel always needs to seem like they are better then you or have bigger better things , nicer things and seem to always wanna be in competent with you. This really makes my ocd go crazy!! It tends to make you feel jealous when your not. I get in my head and rituals begin to try and tell myself im blessed and grateful for my family and things i have in my life but its just completely triggers my ocd when someone always needs to seem to try and be better or in the spot light and they seem to always try to be in competition with you when your not in a competition. Anyone have advise when you run into these people how to not let the ocd kick in and to remain confident and to not let these people get you down on your own life?

Usually people who act like this are not worth your time associating with. Just be thankful for what you have and move on- not paying attention to what they have to say.
