Emotional Hangover

So... I opened up to my therapist more in our last session and now I have only regret regarding that appointment. It wasn't even OCD related, I just have a very hard time getting things out and then I begin to wish I hadn't confided in anyone at all.

I really do need to work on ERP with him but how do I get there, to a place where I feel safe again?

Did something happen to make you feel uncomfortable or was it just you ocd? If it was your ocd then push through and talk to your doc despite any anxiety.
