Umm I get disturbing thoughts and do same things several times knowing that it is unnecessary. It feels like I must do it or something bad might happen to people I love. I don't know what to do or how to get rid of those thoughts and things I do. I need help with that.

Hello, mesune what are the things that you do when you get these thoughts? Are you taking any medicines and have you tried therapy for your OCD? If not than you should see an OCD therapist and start ERP therapy along with medicines. ERP therapy helps a lot with OCD.
