I haven’t posted for a while and have had a lot of relapses. Has anyone suffered feeling constantly insecure that they are nit lived by their family, especially adult children and feel easily hurt and upset and not cared about. I feel this with myadult children and feel I need reassurance that they love me. I’m a good caring mum but know that I am pushing my kids away. I’m menopausal too but they think I’m making excuses with this and my ocd . Has anyone felt this and can give me advice. Thank you
