Trying to get over ocd

Hello

I have anxiety and depression along with Copd and some heart problems. I have OCD - hard to explain- - it seems to emanate from the toilet. I let a little thing become enormous . There was a litter picker I used to lift a toilet roll out of the toilet. When my sister cleaned it got moved and I find it awful to deal with . I have a problem with things falling on the floor. Sorry about all this

Paul

You dont have to feel sorry. Here you are with friends.

As I am not english speaker I dont quite understand, but you know, when it comes to ocd...anything can be a trigger.

A lot of rituals can be shameful and we try to hide.

Don't be so hard on you. It's a condition.

Treat you kind and maybe look for help.

Not what you're looking for?
