Dystonia in my feet

Hello, I think I have this dystonia in my feet and sometimes my legs and even my jaw last night (it was a long night). The have been quite powerful and even painful at times I was awake for two hours with them last night at what point is it worth going to the doctor advise seeing the neuro specialist or my GP? I know their options like baclofen and benzodiazepines, but I don’t want to be sleepy in the daytime, and I’m wondering how much other functions are impacted by muscle relaxants?

Please could you share your experiences of treatments for MSA related dystonia and when you think it is worth getting something done.

thanks everyone,

Tim.
