Last night had prawn salad for dinner and a piece of thin, peeled, cucumber got stuck inn my throat. I was terrified fighting to breathe but I was gradually losing consciousness. Fortunately one of my lovely carers was threere telling me to breathe and putting her fingers down mmy throat pulling the rest of the mouthful out, generally calming me down ..Thanks Joanne I think you you may have saved my life.

Must add cucumber to list of things I can't eat with the salad season about to descend oon uus BEWARE ccue.

Following on from this,, last night while fortunately both carers were here, a piece of beautiful soft liver became stuck. I think I'll stick a note to the fridge so everyone knows what I can't eat.. scary stuff 😬 😳 Sue x
