income protection insurance?

Hi- I’m self employed and wondering if anyone’s had success getting income protection insurance post-diagnosis? I have ET - very stable, pretty much asymptomatic and diagnosed over a decade ago.

I have a financial advisor looking into it for me but wondered if anyone has anywhere they might recommend here, if any insurers will accept us (with an additional premium).
