Hi, about 6 weeks ago I read a couple of posts on here from people with MPN who had successfully claimed on their critical illness insurance. I was diagnosed with PV 18 months ago and wouldn’t have thought about claiming had I not seen others had done so. I made a couple of phone calls and dug out our policies and have had claims accepted with Aviva and Aegon Insurance (previously Friends Provident and Scottish Equitable). Thanks to those who shared information on this.

👍🏻👍🏻!
Hi how old are you? I was told that you can claim only up to 62 years old.
Well done. As MPNs are classified as cancer then critical illness insurance should pay out, as you have found. I hope more people will realise this.
