Hi Carolyn

I’ve got travel insurance as part of my NatWest account, I’ve added my condition and the family onto the policy with no extra charge and also made a couple of claims when flights cancelled.. there’s also breakdown cover, emergency home cover, phone cover all bundled in.. if you travel frequently it maybe a better option than individual travel policies.. it also auto renews each year so one less thing to be worrying about!!

that’s cheap go for it. Staysure good but America & Carribean push price up . I am doing a month in Feb & it’s a £160 quote Julia 👍

Yeah, me too. It is so expensive. we been shopping for travel insurance for US and it is insane. Most of them don't even want to talk to us when they hear about preexisting medicals and my age. So discriminating in both ways. Good luck with finding one. Please share if you get something good. Wishing you well.

I have used multitrip.com, from Ireland. However it seems they have for UK as well.I hired the 1-year premier plus worldwide (incl USA and Canada) with winter sports and travel disruption, excess waiver, etc, for a couple. The medical condition (ET) was reported. My wife had to talk to a doctor, which charged extra, maybe 35 euros. Total was around 140 euros.

Gosh . That's seems very cheap. I've gone with post office. Look into it next time

Stay away from Staysure. Had bad experience with a medical claim for over £ 8000. That was 12 weeks ago. Still waiting for claim to be paid.

Check who administers the policy. Avoid anything to do with Ergo Travel Ltd.
