Booster jab is not a booster jab

Really confused received my booster Covid vaccination in October but has not shown up in my NHS Covid pass. When asked why not they stated that the 3rd vaccine is not required on the Covid pass as it was not a booster jab I will be called for my booster jab in January. So I guess I’m having 4 jabs. Pin cushion comes to mind but if it does the job bring it on.

Hi Grizly people with blood cancers, which includes MPNs, should have 2 primary doses, followed by a 3rd primary dose, and then followed by a 4th dose (booster).

If your third primary dose was recorded as a booster you will still be able to have a booster (fourth dose).

We are waiting for the NHS to clarify exactly how you'll be able to book it.

Same here. Had 3rd dose nov and been told will be called for booster in Feb. 3rd dose not showing on covid pass. Am in south wales.

Hi. I’m from the valleys emailed CTM to ask why all my vaccinations are not on my Covid pass and was told my 3rd jab doesn’t have to be recorded for Covid pass ????

I'm aneurin bevan health board. Emailed them and was told 3rd dose shows on their records but wont show on the covid pass as it's not needed to show......my husband has his booster (not 3rd dose) and that shows on his covid pass.....so I guess we wait until called for the booster (feb in my case) and hope that shows up on covid pass

I received my third primary vaccine in a October at Guys but it now shows on my covid pass as a booster so this is confusing, I wonder if I will get an invitation for my real booster which is due January?

I had a call from GP yesterday to have my 4 th jab on January 11th. My 3rd jab is recorded on my nhs app.

That is kind of weird. You would think they would want you vaccine card to be accurate - showing three primary doses and leaving rom for however many booster you get.

I had my third primary vaccine at Guy’s Hospital in October and it’s showing up as a booster in my NHS Covid pass. I assume I will be contacted for the 4th (booster) by the hospital in due course.

Hi Grizly, I'm in S. Wales and today had a text message to have my 4th/booster covid vaccination on January 12th. Cwm Taff health board. Nadolig Llawen!
