These uplifting thoughts are needed by us. I have some in my bedroom and some on the dining table and on the fridge. The one on my table today says 'It is possible to move mountains by carrying away small stones'.... Chinese proverb. How true this is of us with anxiety/ stress. Just small steps at a time. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I found it whilst searching the net at work today, unfortunately those who would do best from it would never go looking! It was a little musing as to how things should be, a management mantra perhaps, lets blindly hope it will catch on x
