VOICES IN MY MIND

The other day I had two conversations going on in my head.

This was frightening not sure what to do I wrote the conversation down.

I call it THE DEMONS and THE ANGEL

The Demon was telling me to end everything enough is enough.

The Angel was telling me LISTEN to us pull yourself up and you will get through this

it will be hard but help is there for the asking DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SO LOW.

I went to the GP she was so understand I am now having the help I need after suffering

for 30yrs. in silence and seeing the right GP if you can't see a GP or ring FRENDOC

which is an out of hours service for urgent cases.. .

I'm glad your GP was understanding. We all have conversations in our head and when we feel conflict those two different sets of feelings can be confusing. I hope your GP gets you some support and you can start to talk about the conflict within you.
