What is the most difficult symptom to manage when experiencing depression?

For me the most difficult symptoms to mange with depression are the constant fatigue and negative thinking. There are many more but these are the two I struggle with the most.

Motivation and wanting to sleep are pretty high up. Loss of interest in everything also comes close too.

Not being able to manage simple things like showering and housework etc, cos it makes me feel so disgusting and so lazy.

My biggest problems were sleeping all the time, low immunity to illness and pushing away the people I cared for the most as this just played into the negative spiral.

I can relate to all of these, there must be sum good responses, are are we all to live forever this way, im a bubbly personality when well,active an happy ,but not very often now, hugs to all sue x
