In Economics, the phrase "there is no such thing as a free drink" essentially means that every good or service, including a drink, comes with an associated cost, even if it appears free. In psychiatry, and broadly speaking, in medicine, there is no such thing as a "free" vaccine, or "free" diagnosis...it all comes with an associated cost, as is true in economics, which it's based financially.
