When will the US medical field fund cures?

I am convinced from being a patient in this healthcare system that this system is designed by greedy "healthy" individuals who work in groups under the name of "care" and "medicine" to take money from those who become sick and need help. The way the insurance works, the way that diagnoses work, the way that medications work...etc is not set up in the best interest for the patient. It's for the prestige of the doctors and the rest in the medical field. Well, I'm an unhappy camper. I'm not happy with my very poor experience here in the U.S. as a patient. No real understanding of the labels they put on me, a filthy routine of putting me through the system which benefits only them (somehow) either by means of money, prestige, etc. I hope one day to move to another country where the system is designed to actually help those who are sick and need support.
